Sombrero's

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile since it is local and a small business. When we sat down we were immediately helped, and given chips and salsa. I will say, I was a little scared while eating the chips and salsa bc the salsa was bland and chips were greasy (but warm which was a plus). We then ordered guacamole and margaritas. The margaritas were so yummy, and definitely a bang for your buck! Then the guacamole came out, and I had hope again. The guacamole had so much flavor, it just seemed a little small for the price. Then we got our food, and I was so happy with it. The chimichangas was so flavorful and the perfect proportion. It was one of the better chimichangas I've had in awhile. My bf got the ranchera enchiladas and said they were good but nothing special. Because of the service, margaritas, fantastic prices, and well flavored food we will be back.

So I've been going there since mid nineties. They're various grilled dishes, Cadillac nachos, street tacos, menudo and crab enchiladas are the best I've had in any restaurant. Almost every year i get a large order of chicken or beef enchiladas ( or both)casserole for Christmas parties . Cozy and relaxed atmosphere..and real nice people. I've always seen this place as a neighborhood gem, but anyone just visiting from afar will enjoy the food too.

I love this place!! Good food and excellent service, the people that work there are so nice and better than that the local people that visit call often are the nicest people. They make you feel so welcomed. I will keep going back there for sure and now they have Raffles and give TV's and stuff away. How cool is that

It was half bar half restaurant. We got chicken wings she said hot or regular so I got regular which was actually plain. But they had a bunch of different hot sauces so I just sauced them myself. They were good... 7 for $5. We also got flautas and fish tacos. Both were good but for a Mexican restaurant it was not very spicy. All in all, good value for the meal.

Place was super delicious they have the best cadillac margaritas around. It is a big drink, but super delicious. A really good value for margaritas and chips. I had enchiladas that were really good and a good portion size. We got there when they were opening up and there was nobody there! We were the first ones. A really good "hole in the wall" place. The owner looks to be trying to fix it up a bit. They recently replaced their floor tiles and added some TV's for the sports and bar crowd. Was not noisy in the afternoon.
