I have been going to Evergreen for over 25 years and enjoyed the tuna and salads. Today I ordered a tuna sandwich which was made in the back kitchen, no longer in the front I received an egg salad sandwich wrapped which I discovered when I got back to the office. The egg salad was lousy.
The chef salad I ordered for a co worker was terrible. The chef salad had a very thin piece of ham with hardly any cheese and a balsamic dressing that was like glue.
It was a very bad experience

Excellent sandwiches and daily specials. The pastrami is very good and the chicken francaise on Thursdays is really good.
You won't be hungry after lunch here!!!

Very friendly staff, fast service, breakfast sandwiches are great, big and delicious. Haven't tried their lunch menu yet. They are open until 5pm.

I've been going to the Evergreen Deli for the past ten years and with it now being under new management I have to say I'm impressed. The Cuban Panini has to be my favorite.

Delicious sandwiches! One of the best pastrami sandwiches in NJ. The sloppy joe's are large and worth every penny.

So far, I haven't had anything from there that wasn't made with care or wasn't delicious! Very friendly atmosphere and clean all the time. Prices are also reasonable for what you are getting.

Yum.. service is kinda slow, but GET the rare Roast Beef Sloppy Joe!! You won't be sorry.
