Employees, including management, have a very bad attitude and smart mouth. Food was very sloppy and falling apart. Fish basket was burned and dried out. Wrong ingredients in the wraps and they were completely falling apart. We couldn't eat any of it. I'll be driving 2 cities over the next time we want Arby's. This one used to be great. Wasted $30 on this mess...

On more than one occasion this restaurant wouldn't answer the drive thru until my third drive around up to the speaker. Different times of the day this happens, all of which are no where near closing time. The management need to get it together on this issue.

Went through the drive thru, was kinda busy and I thought it would take a lot longer than it did, was through the line and had my food in under two minutes. Good job! Wasn't crazy about the girl working the window with a nose ring but hey, call me old fashion.

The BEST service I've had in a long time! The food was SO good, they were quick, and SO very friendly!
(And SUCH a good deal if you use the coupons that come through the mail!)

I ordered on the app and when I got to the window they said they didn’t have one of my items and that I’d have to call corporate?? I would have preferred a different item instead. Kinda rude as well.

Every single time I come here there’s some sort of problem. Whether it’s a broken speaker to order food or they are out of a certain item. Plus, they are extremely slow. Please please fix this. I’m giving them one more try today and then no more until all of their issues are fixed. This place is terrible.
