Went in for same day outpatient surgery. From Registration, Surgical Check In, Recovery and Post Surgery the ENTIRE staff were excellent. Making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain was always on their minds. They made me feel I was their ultimate concern at all times. Their compassion, care and kindness was definitely superior . Thank you soo much.

Something needs to change with the check-in process for the insurance part. No one should have to wait 30+ minutes to get checked in when there’s 4 clerks — they spend more time going back and forth between each other’s offices or up front chatting with the receptionist than they do moving patients through. It’s like this every time I go there. There has to be a better process for checking in. The Imaging Department was very efficient and quick, as they always are.

They have signs everywhere to wear mask. The front receptionist had hers. On. All the patients in the waiting room had theirs on. However the ladies sitting in the office to go over your information obviously “Don’t feel the need to wear one” They don’t want to work with you on the money part when you are being completely honest and you know you will pay them. Never WILL I go back. I will go to Vanderbilt. Koiodo’s to the front receptionist at the main entrance. Very nice and polite.

Called and said I had an appointment for 4 PM but I would be late. I was told as long as I arrived within 30 minutes it was fine. I walked into the office at 4:21 and they refused to see me, saying my appointment was actually at 3:50 (they didn’t correct me over the phone when I called to let them know I was going to be late). Despite the fact that even then it was one minute over the window they still refused to see me even after I explained I had driven from Clarksville and left work as early as was possible. The first time I came I sat in the waiting room 30 minutes past my appointment’s start time before I was taken back.

This place just tried to charge us $4,000 for a CT scan. They "forgot to call us" due to staffing issues and only informed us right before checking in of the astronomical cost. Luckily, my husband was smart enough to call the insurance company and have them shop around. Plenty of places around that do it for $400. The lady up front had the nerve to get nasty and tell him to keep his voice down after he found out the price difference. We'll be doing our best to avoid this place.

Only had one test and labs. Everything was great, people pleasant no waiting. However, every six months, my doctor has to request lab results when it plainly says who ordered them. I've heard others have the same issue. There was nine days between the lab draw and the date my doctor needed them and still had a problem.

Worst experience! I had an Ultrasound scheduled on 6-9-22. The woman who registered me at outpatient services, sent someone else’s paperwork with me to the Imaging lab. Then I had to go back to registration to get that corrected. For this particular ultrasound I had to drink 32 ounces of water 1 hour before my procedure. When I returned to Imaging , I had to then wait 1 hour and 30 minutes after my appointment date. While they saw everyone else who came in after my scheduled appointment! Needless to say in pain due to the water I was required to drink ! There was absolutely no excuse for this! I understand making mistakes but it is was not my mistake and it should have been corrected and me put back into my place in line.
