Went threw the drive threw they had a line in drive threw which wasn’t a issue got to the speaker order 2 jr bacon cheese 4 for 4 and a spicy chicken combo I ask for the spicy to be dropped fresh which I kno takes 6 1/2 minutes I wasn’t in like no more then 3 minutes from the time of the speaker and getting to the window I ask for cheese to be on the sandwich I check it before leaving surely wasn’t on there the 2 girls at the window stood at the window laughing instead of taking the food back and putting cheese on it they hand me a piece of cheese in a plastic container that wasn’t even a full piece as u can clearly tell the fries were cold and old weren’t even hot at all when I called the phone just rings no one answers I don’t see how when a customer asked for fresh food it’s not fresh at all

Normally, I never have a problem with Wendy's, but in this instance the person at the register was rude. They assumed I was laughing at something said by someone else, which I couldn't hear because I am a hearing impaired veteran. They immediately asked me if I thought it was funny. I explained, I thought their interaction was funny, and didn't know what was said. They then became belligerent telling me not to approach the counter because they weren't going to serve me. I said excuse me, and they called over another employee and continued with their argument with the other employee. I will never use this restaurant again, and I will not suffer belligerence without cause. This interaction was unconscionable.

Update: wanted to try the new strawberry Frosty figured why not get a little something else too. Got a Baconator, med fry and large Frosty. This location is always slow but when we waited over 6 minutes for one car at the window I knew this was going to be a bad experience. My Frosty was very melted. Then when I opened my burger it was half a sandwich. The had started making the Baconator but half the sandwich was missing. It would have cost me more in gas to go back to have them do what, make the sandwich again? Not worth my time or expense, just incredible how little people care and how little the company wants your business.

Fast and got my order right. Friendly employees. It was busy during lunch rush but got my food super fast. Bathrooms clean too.

I ordered a big bacon cheddar cheeseburger and was missing the cheddar cheese. I also ordered other food as well. The food was pretty good I'm sure it would've been better with cheddar cheese on my sandwich.

This is a remodeled Wendy's look good pop machine leaking something took em a while to notice unless someone said something food pretty good the hot chicken sandwiches are good different style bun then I got at other Wendy's but still good tasty

Always have good food minus one occasion where I got a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit that had egg shell in it, ummm, crunchy, lol. One screw up isn't that bad I guess. Just hope it doesn't happen again.

This Wendy's commits fraud. They will tell you a total, charge you that total, then mark a meal as free so they can pocket 5-8$. I suppose the meals will start going downhill here soon if employees are starting to steal, things must be getting harder for this store.
