Donatos Pizza

Got some lunch to go for doing errands today. Got the steak sub. Ordered on line and picked up the food at the drive thru window. The food was ready on time and the staff was friendly when working the window. Didn't go inside but the back area of the drive up looked clean. The steak hoagie style sub was hot. It had good cheese and onion flavor. The bun was fresh and warm. Good flavor on the pattie and gravy. Pretty good flavor overall.

I don't recommend this place. I paid $32.00 for this burnt mess. Will never order from here again. Plus the food was cold upon arrival after an hour of waiting. This is seriously ridiculous. Edit Chrissy rectified the situation and was very professional to me and the situation. I understand times are hard with COVID19 and staff shortages. I will update this review to 5 stars.

Never been here but people raved about how good it was. That must be the keyword "was". Nasty, will never eat there again. Calzone was lacking taste but it was cooked to a black crisp around the edges. Pizza sauce was gross. Thank goodness they didn't give me the extra I asked for. Raw tomato had more pizza flavor than the sauce, can't call that sauce.

Just ordered a calzone with double extra cheese, 6 piece BBQ boneless wings with ranch, Big Don Italian sub hold the banana peppers and the tomatoes, and a Ham and Smoked Provolone hold the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with the special instructions requesting the dressing on the side. I didn't get the ranch for the wings and the dressing was still on the sub. The only reason why I'm giving a 4 star and not lower is because what I did get tasted good and Jennifer was friendly and ensured I had my order in my grasps when my dog got too excited to see someone new. I used to work at a very busy Donatos and worked a lot of late nights so I understand the stress that comes with the job but the mistakes from this order happen every time I order from this location. This is just the first time I'm saying something (I don't order from here often, maybe 3 times in the last 6 months)

Ordered pizza and a entree green goddess salad. Pizza was good as expected but the salad was very disappointing for the total size and amount of chicken included. And only included one dressing packet which is the main reason I purchased the salad. If this is the entree I would hate to see the side salad size.

Was told my sub was remade after they put it under the heat lamps even though it was a cold sub. Looks like someone just threw it in the box also missing over half of the toppings. The other sub we ordered was a hot one but was cooked after the lettuce and mayonnaise were put on. This is the 2nd order that has been messed up. (Called and got my money refunded but was not able to speak with the manager. For an $80 total order I expected better service.)
