Stopped in for coffee in the morning to go with a delicious croissant I got at the bakery just down the block. I ordered a latte with skim milk. It was nice and hot and prepared very quickly by the staff. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I entered. The coffee was very smooth with no bitter taste. It was hard to tell this was made with skim milk. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Going into Winans is self care for me. The delicious smell of coffee, the carefully crafted aesthetic, surrounded by chocolates….what could be better? My favorite drink is an iced chai latte with vanilla syrup, whipped cream and cinnamon powder. That first sip is almost a religious experience. I also love that the plants have names, so adorable!

Drinks were really good and had very friendly service. I feel like the lite sweetness was still too sweet also mainly tasted just milk for the iced. I got a iced and frozen praline mocha.

This is a lovely coffee shop in downtown Springfield Ohio. They have a wide selection of coffee and hot drinks, chocolate and pastries. It is tough to get a close parking spot and limited seating so I gave them just 4 stars. But I would make the trip again when I want to splurge with delicious, but high calorie treats.

I wasn't impressed my hot chocolate was mostly milk, I was told it only gets one ounce of flavor. The staff was friendly, but I can't see paying these prices for warm milk

For 7 dollars my drinks should have flavor. The drinks are stingy on flavor, missing expresso and very bland on anything with or without sugar. I come here multiple times a week and for the past year it's been hit or miss depending on the person Making your drink. It's not just me and we gave it time, please fix the standards and don't short your customers.

Such a great place to relax, nice variety of coffee, drinks and sweet delicious snacks. The staff is always friendly and prompt with service as well as delivering an individual customer experience. I would recommend a visit to this fine establishment anytime, a great place where you can feel comfortable living in the moment
