Gary...Gary...Gary!!! Amazing job taking the initiative and attenting to a cx escalated situation in a professional and timely fashion with excellent attitude, above and beyond cx service skill. His superb attention to the cx's needs is a skill more employees could learn too keep a cx satisfied. My food was done correctly and with a smile the whole time. this definitely makes me say 10 out of 10 i would recommend...but come find out yourself they got great deal and a flame broiled unmatched by their competition.
*ignore the pinky in the shot its to protect the employees at the grill but check out that menu😄

The food is always good. They never mess up our order, but that is far and away THE filthiest restaurant I have ever been in and it's always dirty, however, that being said the staff is attentive and really helpful.

I love this BK!! They always have gone above and beyond for our orders, a mistake has been made before and a quick call got it fixed right up!! And they took the time to figure out how to redeem an online gift card(this part happened a few months ago) Truly awesome staff!!

I sat at the speaker in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Finally got my food and the burger wasn’t cooked. It was pink and cold. Waste of $12, I couldn’t even eat this food

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Can't hire people and or keep people hired for S**T. Good luck is all I gotta say. Thanks for my atleast 3 hr old chicken patty by the way. I would know with my previous experience at Jack in the Crack. Eww is all I gotta say. Btw answer your phones.

The service was kinda slow at the drive thru. But the food was hot, fresh and delicious 😋.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a couple bacon burgers and they were cold! 🤢 the person taking the order was friendly enough but the man at the window had really dirty and long finger nails .. and he was messing with our napkins… not trying to be rude but there’s policies to be followed on hygiene..

Never ever ever get my order correct. Never. My food isn’t even cooked. Extremely extremely upset. Now the phone is disconnected and i can’t even get ahold of them.
