The pizza is pretty consistent on what you get and with the coupons and deals they have all the time it is usually a good value for the money.
I always order via their App and pickup at their drive thru window with my purchases always paid for when I place the order.
I find it EXTREMELY rude and annoying to ask me to sign a receipt when I pick up my order when the only reason to do so would be to add a tip. I always tip at a restaurant or places where there is personal customer service and the workers come to your seat or table but if I drive up to your window other than handing me my order you have only just done your basic job. If I lived in an area where delivered items were available I tip according to how the entire transaction was (speed of service, correctly done, attitude of delivering person, etc).

it always takes 2 hours to order a simple pizza online:) FIX YOUR WEBSITE. it’s ridiculous how fast it can be choosing your items but once you want to check out, it takes 2 hours for loading page to work. and when it does, that’s when the website tells me it’s closed.

Ordered twice this month. First time… our pizza was so soaked in grease that we couldn’t even pick the slices up without them falling apart and it was literally dripping grease through the cardboard box. Second time… they forgot our pepperoni on a two-topping pizza. Never had these problems before so I’m really wondering who they hired recently. Super disappointed.

Domino's only tips the customer $3 for coming in and getting their order
Why would they charge $5.99 for a delivery fee?
When their delivery people use their own cars and insurance.
This is soooo wrong.

Messed up the order and the driver was not polite or punctual on the first delivery.
Called talked to the manager about it was told another driver would bring it,
Well it was the same guy as last time,
Hands me the pizza says "here ya go" and leaves
No senserity in the mess up of the order same put off attitude and projection of taking things personally
Dominos services is sub par and needs a very big overhaul on everything from customer service to consistency in food portions.
This was me cashing in my free pizza and spending an additional 13 bucks on top of my free order

Delivery, I waited an hour and the manager told me he doesnt know what happened to the order and is having a whole new order made, didn't offer any kind of compensation. Poor service, and apparently can't find a very well known address. How do you not know what happened to the order it's your job as manager.....

foul. wrong pizza and missing 2 liter soda??? kept calling right after it was delivered on the ground since no notification came through saying it was otw and have been waiting on the phone for 15 mins. i ordered it not even an hour ago now. Edit: They ignored my call for almost :30 mins and closed a whole hour before the listed time on here. ridiculous.

Since I couldn’t give them a zero I have them a 1 . There so slow , don’t recommend ! Also the lady was super rude to me when i asked how much longer . Specifically the girl with blue and black hair !
