Outback Steakhouse

We were early for our curbside pick-up order and staff accommodated us right away. The ahi was exceptional. We enjoyed the salad mixture and the the dressing was great. The wasabi was tasty and was an ample portion. The bread was warm and delicious. The whole meal was fantastic. Thank you. We will order this same thing again. And staff was courteous and quick.

Let me start by saying our steaks were cooked just as we ordered and we were happy with them. But then there's everything else about our dining experience... our waitress (I'm pretty sure her name is Hailey) was horrible. She didn't check on us until we were almost done with our meal. This made it rather difficult to let her know she had gotten my side wrong when taking my order (I asked for rice and got fries). Also, we both had ran out of our drinks (just some sodas) mid meal and was never asked if we'd like a refill until we were done eating. We did however notice that our waitress was able to check on one particular table without fail and constantly made sure they had everything they needed. I guess I'm just old school... if I'm paying almost $80 for a dinner for 2 people, I expect to at least have my server put some effort into making sure our basic needs as customers are met. Anyways, I feel this 2 Star review is more reflective of the wait staff at Outback and not Outback on the whole because like I said, our steaks were good. (So was my soup and the bloomin onion was well... if you've had one you already know, eat it while it's hot. Because once it cools down to a certain point it's just not nearly as good.) Not sure if we'll ever go back to Outback... at least not that particular one.

🥩💯🤤 I went to OBSH for breakfast and was pleasantly delighted by friendly staff and modern dining room. My ribeye was cooked to perfection, side of butter. The cheesy broccoli had a mystery sauce on top and was really good. Generic salad also hit the spot. Highly recommend meat lovers go pay this establishment a visit.

The food was good, but our experience was disappointing. We were seated at 8pm...their hours are listed as 9pm closing...which means that you seat people until 9pm. Ordered a full dinner with a bottle of wine on a Friday night. Planned on a nice relaxing dinner. At 9:08 they turned the lights up, and at 9:20 we were informed that they were closing and that we needed to leave. My best friend owned a Steakhouse and in my younger years I worked in a very well known Restaurant on I-5 midway between Portland and San Francisco. In neither of these establishments would this extremely poor customer service had been tolerated!!! Now we know why this Restaurant was dead on a Friday night.
