Burger King

Per usual they didnt get order right & forgot to put cheeseburg in bag! Very sad when 9 out of 10xs they dont get it right! Most have pleasant attitudes though! Lazy is what unfortunately I noticed a lot of their employees r! Always depending on which Burger King u go to/ & their always out of shakes!! I did inquire on why. Response was we cleaned it! What time do u close/11pm/she said we shut it down an hr & 1/2 bfor we close, it takes a long x to clean/I see I said but it's only 9:05p/so that blew that response up/now idk how long it takes to clean the milkshake machine or when they really shut it down. But their always saying we dont have any/ even @ 6p! Also depending on which u go to! If I was the boss they would not b allowed to shut down prior to what it actually takes to clean! Customers come & pay quite a bit now a days to order what's on menu! In my yr yrs of working @ a food est. We werent allowed to start cleaning until 15mins bfor we closed. Guess things r diff in this day & age!! Getting your order right shouldnt b any diff! They actually make decent $ today!! But I would like answ if anyone does know how long it really takes to clean the shake machine!! Thank u!!

Stopped here on Saturday late afternoon, got the Double Whopper Jr. $6 meal. Paid and then asked to pull up and wait with no explanation. Looked around, no specific spaces to park. Noticed 3 more cars waiting as well. Got my food in a couple minutes, munched on the FF and soda on the way home, a 5min drive. Got home to enjoy my food, the burger was dry, burnt and omg so tiny, ut was awful. Started eating the nuggets, had a rancid oil taste, didn't eat them at all. I would have done the survey and commented, but I didnt get a receipt. Massively disappointing

so multiple times I have gone to order something from their dining room at 9:30 in lobby would be closed and every time I would call and ask them what time the dining room supposed to be closed and they would say 10 I don’t appreciate being told that your dining room will be open till 10 I try to go get some food and your stores closed and the people that work there have horrible customer service skills

I eat here about 2 to 3 times a month and my food keeps coming to me colder. The fact that food has a priority and wages are increased, the staff should make sure you get a decent hot meal and make themselves more a part of the Burger King business, not just a liaison or intermediary to passing food down the line without quality control. Please do better
