Made my coffee wrong 3 different times after telling them it was wrong. All they did was pour into another cup.i worked at dd so I know what my drink supposed to look like. Dont go there would not recommend

Absolutely the worstest Dunkin waited in line for over 15mins just to order and I was by the register. The worst part about it is this isn’t the first time huge lines just to order wait times are even worse takes you 15-20 minutes plus just to get a hot tea
Cannot stress enough worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever If there was an option for zero stars I do that

Two days in a row we ordered from this establishment. And both days we were sent orders entirely incorrect. Does anyone read the description or do they just hand out whatever they want to give you. I ordered a medium ice coffee 5 mochas 3 sugars and 4 creams and my daughter a large frozen coffee. What we received is two black ice coffees. REALLY! The day before two ice coffee made exactly the same one large and one medium. Again they sent two black ice coffee. Then you call and noone answers the phone throughout the day. Terrible service. WHAT IS GOING ON

The manager literally said she couldn't add a donut to my order because her timer was running lol. She doesn't like making money at all and just yelling at her employee if you don't like your job get another

Dunkin has been on a steady decline in satisfaction. From plain tasting sandwiches to coffee not being prepared the way the costumer had asked for. I've been going to Dunkin less and less as the months progress.

Diamond was all by herself and attended my take out, plus the drive thru plus other customers with a great attitude and diligence. Kudos to her!
