I used to work for Wendy’s and I know this is now what this is supposed to look like. Also the burger meat was old. Personally I recommend going somewhere else.

Not only did we wait 20 to order, the food was extremely cold. Fries are soggy & the nuggets are old and chewy, it was a waist of my money and time, the only thing that was consumable was the drink…Even mcds from next door gives fresher food…

My sister and I ordered ahead because the line tends to be pretty extreme at this Wendy's in the evening. Being right about the long wait time, we head inside only to be told that our order is not in the system. The clerk kept calling a different name close to ours but the order didn't look the same. Seems to me she gave away our order and didn't want to admit fault. It also seemed like the lady was just going to shrug us away, until my sister spoke Spanish, something the clerk didn't know we understood. Now for whatever reason she sees to fixing the problem. It becomes hard to take you guys seriously as business when you keep 50 year old children at the front desk. Don't be sorry just be better☝🏾☝🏾

Made a decent size order, and they did not put everything in the bag that I ordered. Then I call there and no answer. Moral of the story check your bags before you leave.

One of the Better burger chains out there. We will periodically hit here for a quick and easy bite. The quality is good and they have a selection of non burger options, such as salads, and chicken. They have good fries as well!! I have not had any bad experiences with Wendy's. Recommend them over the other local chains.

Matou took my order talk about customer! Service this lil girl rushed me plus she was ugly two things that don’t match… I would give it -5 stars if I could awful!

Employees were nice enough to give me items in my order they made wrong, there was no problem fixing it & I appreciated that.

The girl in drive-thru was rushing me off, she forgot to give me my vanilla frosty which I paid for and my food tasted old and I also didn't get a receipt.
