Bad management and poor costumer service

this place is horrible. every time i’ve come here the service has been terrible. i only have one star because of food, other then that don’t waste your time. I’ve waited almost an hour for breakfast here both times and it’s very disappointing.

Use to be the best one but now its the worse place took long to be seated then 30 min to get the drinks and a 1 hour and half to get the food to then the food to be over cook I won't be going there ever again

3 of us went to eat for breakfast...great deal...half off! But our food took FOREVER to come out. We got our silverware and we got 2 forks and 1 knife. I was told that the waitress will be back with creamer....never came back. And I paid for strawberries and whipped cream for my 3 French toast....didn't get the whipped cream and got 3 strawberries!! Then I spoke with waitress and manager and I was told it's portioned....everything is portioned. The pic shows how much you get for $0.79. I am not a new customer....I order the same exact order at friendlys no matter what friendlys I go to and I have NEVER been given 3 strawberries for my French toast. I felt like I didn't matter to the waitress or the manager. A different waiter brought my bill and I had to send it back cuz they didn't even take half off!!! Completely been ignored by our waitress....so not cool!! So upsetting!!!

I've been visiting this place since I was a little kid and for the price, you can't beat it. The service was pretty good this last time I went and I would say that it's a very family...friendly place.
