Rally's Hamburgers

I went to rallys due to the fact that I had a voucher for $20.00 and a free sandwich from signing up on the app.y order totaled over $50.00 and when I got up to the window I was informed that they had not one employee on duty that knew how to take the voucher or that knew how to make my sandwich free. This is very ridiculous. I should have only had to come out of pocket about $25.00 ,but ended up having to pay for the whole thing on my card due to the lack of training the employees had. I don't see why the restaurant would be left to be ran by a bunch of employees that don't know what they are doing. After that experience I will never order there again. Might I add that there were cashier instructions printed at the bottom of my voucher so even I would have known how to accept it without knowing anything about their system. It seemed to me like they could have figured out, but had no interest in even trying. On top of everything else the food was not good at all. It seemed old.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating. I reported to corporate and NOTHING was done. I waited in drive thru for 20 minutes before they even answered then another 25 minutes for food. While employees satin their cars blocking drive thru in their cars smoking so I couldn't get thru to leave.i was late getting back to work just so they could sit in their cars smoking which the smell was super evident to what. Ridiculous. It's sad its so poorly staffed and ran. If they can't wait on customers it needs to be closed down. I'm furious because it affected my employment being stuck in drive thru unable to leave

Serving hot garbage right now as I type, none of the drinks are good and I had to find out by tasting each drink they were all flat and he knew it. they charged me for a medium fries I absolutely didn’t order, the chicken bites in my box are literally staled and cold, this restaurant should not be open right now, nobody in there knows what they’re doing and nothing is fresh. Not even the drinks. I wasn’t even offered a refund for my drink.
