best place to buy old wings n raw pizza dough, first time eating papa johns...never again and just like that 45 dollars down the drain

Everything is trash. I get take out and the employees are cussing and throwing the dough on the counter as hard as they can. They are all arguing when there are children in the building. I have gotten delivery before and waited two hours for a cold pizza. This place needs to close or get some better employees.

I strongly dislike the LENGTHY centralized “call center” approach to what for 50 years has been a 1-2 minute SIMPLE telephone pizza order. Sad that prices INCREASE while customer service DECREASES.

Manager is very rude. Our order was delivered after a two hour wait. The driver told me they made the order wrong and had to remake it. The 2 hour wait would have been okay if it was edible. NO cheese in the center... about 1/2 of the pizza. Our half and half pizza was made with all toppings on both sides. When I called the store, the female manager first argued with me about what I ordered. She finally agreed the order was made wrong. She stated they only had two people and they were swamped. I do feel for businesses in this situation, but I paid 30 dollars for a two hour delivery and a pizza not made the way I ordered it AND it was nasty. I did talk her into a free replacement pizza...but she did not offer it. If I get the replacement pizza, I will never order from there again.

From last 2-3 times, they are not even baking the pizza properly, it's just the raw dough.

Ordered a stuffed crust and got a regular pepperoni pizza in the box. I’ll give the store the benefit of the doubt this time, but unfortunately it’s becoming way too common for pizza restaurants to mess up simple orders.

Made pizza incorrectly and received no apologies for 10 minute extra wait.

They told me they were having technical issues and call back in an hour. My kids are hungry and didn't want to wait probably an hour to two hours just to get a pizza so we went elsewhere.
