Mcdonald's

We went through the drive through and checked the bag before we left and found no sauces for our 3 orders of chicken nuggets. We told the worker and he came back and said that he couldn't give us "more". We said we didn't get any at all and he said sorry. We asked for the manager and she argued with us saying she put the sauce in the bag. We told her twice that she didn't. Finally she huffed and walked away to get sauce. Forgetting one once again, we told her and she spun around and got it. We were polite the whole time. Sheesh, we just wanted the sauce that it supposed to come with our order. Got home, food was cold. I think they need a manager with better manners and customer care.

Your a lucky person if your order is correct,and don't forget to ask for napkins and ketchup. My order is rarely right,,often seems it's been laying on the line a day or to.The food isn't even close to what the show which is a decent sandwich.My Big Mac was 2 Patty's and sauce only.They were super slow inside as the drive thru moved along. Employees look and act like they hate being there.

I really don't expect much from McDs. This restaurant has such consistently bad service that it doesn't get close to achieving anything other than surprising me with another epic fail. I generally avoid this location and drive anywhere else, but I let my guard down and hoped for the best with a hard to mess up mobile order. True to form, I had to explain my order 5 times before they caught on. At the window they tried to charge me again after paying thru the app. To complete the train wreck, they handed me the wrong order and continued to insist it was mine even after I explained the issue.

Came in on the 4th of July about 6:30pm with my family. Place smelled like rotten milk. Dining room tables were littered with garbage and lettuce. Floor was disgusting. Kids had to use the bathroom so I waited for them while debating if we were going to eat or leave. Used the hand sanitizer and it was greasy and smelled just like the rotten smell that filled the resteraunt. Had to go wash it off in the bathroom. Surprisingly the bathroom was cleaner than the dining room. Should have stayed and ate in there but decided to leave and go to Burger King. Terrible experience. Zero stars for this location this time.

Hello, I am a DoorDash driver and picked up an order from your store this evening for a delivery. I was however, disgusted standing there as they made the order I was picking up though. NONE of the employees were wearing gloves and ALL of them were handling food. And no, I’m not just talking about food containers. But their bare hands were coming in contact with fries hanging out of the containers as they put them in bags and touching the McFlurry straw end in the machine with their bare hand.... along with making sandwiches with BARE hands! EW!!! This needs addressed IMMEDIATELY!
