Ordered 3 different whoppers, all were made incorrectly and all were the same. Fries supposed to b large, got 3 smalls. I want a refund and free meals 4 life. FREE tastes a little better. Not saying much, tho.

This was my first time visiting this location on republic rd. I ordered breakfast croissant sandwiches which were great. But I was impressed with the guy handling the drive thru. He was over the top friendly and in a good mood. Made it an enjoyable experience.

Made a simple order and they got it wrong. Employees acted like they hated their jobs and it showed. Save your time and money by going somewhere else. This is the second time I have gone to this store and each time was a s-hit show. Bad on me for not learning the first time.

This place use to be really good but 5he past 2 time we've been here the service was horrible and got our order completely WRONG! Check your bag before you leave if you go through the drive thru!!!

I ate it your restaurant often because my office is located very close. I would however like to understand why it takes me 13 minutes to get my food when there's only 3 cars in line including me I'm including me. I can go to Chick-fil-A and have 30 or 40 cars in front of me and get my food in less than 10 minutes. I'm not complaining just to complain, because it takes an effort to complain but I don't understand why that doesn't seem to concern other fast food restaurants like yourself.
That's what I see. Maybe I am overriding customer service I don't have a clue that's for you guys to decide.

Got my Whopper totally wrong, but the flavor of the meat is the best of any fastfood burger, so, I'll keep going back. Great flavored fries, too! They just always get it wrong when I ask for extra pickles, extra Mayo with no ketchup.

Burger King used to be my favorite place to get a Burger. Over the past few years they have really went downhill and their prices have went way up. Their cheeseburgers are lousy, pathetic-looking, dry and overall below industry-level quality. They have become substandard And it's not any restaurant in particular, it is all of them that I have been to recently. And by recently I mean since 2010 or so. I think the only reason I still go there is with the hopes of getting that delicious, juicy burger again, the one from the Y2K era. Sadly though, I'm reminded each and every time that that burger has gone the way of the dinosaurs. It feels like Burger King is on its way out.

My friend tried to kill himself in your parking lot. I had called before hand and warned the employees he was sating stuff alluding to that and they called first responders. Wanted to say I really appreciate you guys looking out like that. They got there just in time.
