If I could give this place - stars I would. Who puts deli pickles on a Double Whopper. I hate deli pickles. I tried to call them no one answered. Hmmm not surprised. My receipt clearly says pickles and cheese. My wrapper shows ketchup, pickle and cheese. I hate this BK.

Best experience at a fast food restaurant. The man taking our order was very informed and helped find the best deal for us. Even though they were swamped in the kitchen, all of the employees working had a good attitude and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you for the awesome service, we will definitely be coming back.

Not happy at all really there was not one customer but me .? I ordered 2 of the 2for 10 and all number 1 well all of the first fresh were cold and my chicken sandwich was full of greese had to wait for longer then I throught we should and then had to go back thru for 2 sandwiches they forgot ..... NOT A PLEASANT VISIT😡 and I love BK but won't go back to this store we spent 45.00 for not so good food 😔

Whoever was working drive through at 8 pm on May 3rd needs fired. I've never been teated so poorly in a drive-through. Customer service is everything. I need it up at the McDonald's across the way. I just couldn't deal with the attitude.

I stopped eating here since they always mess up my order and act rude or weird about it. I work in food service we just get it right the first time or fix it no problem no reason to get upset. I figured yesterday I'd try again, yet again messed up my order was rude about it did make it right but then I got home and the buns on the sandwich were stale. It seems to me all the burger king's in Springfield get things wrong don't train very well and act mean to people. If you don't like your job no one is forcing you to work.

Burger King still has decently priced food I feel like the burgers are starting to taste different like they don't have any taste except for really salty
