Really wish the company tried harder. This COULD be a great place. However, Their employees don't look happy, their playground always has trash all over the sand and they don't seem to even try to staff enough people to keep up with the place, let alone properly train anyone... sonic should not be a struggling company, especially being owned by Arby's and Buffalo Wild Wings. They could afford to make the improvements here and should.

The woman in the drive through that took our order started talking to her coworker and cut us off while ordering, we waited in line with no one in front of us for over 10 minutes, and then my husband’s meal came without tater tots in it.

The only reason I'd ever put less stars for Sonic is when I order my lemon berry cream slush extra lemon sauce not the lemon piece thick and it doesn't come out that way. I get really disappointed cuz I'm very specific with my order

Can't go wrong with Sonic! Half price drinks when you order online or in the App! I love the Chili Cheese Coney with onion rings on the side and a large peach tea. Love my Sonic!!!

The service exceeded the food unfortunately. The meat in my sandwich was old and hard, inedible. My onion rings were still crunchy and my ocean water slush was a soda.

We waited over 30 minutes on our food just for it to be cold and the wrong thing. We then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for the right thing. The whole experience was ridiculous not to mention being cutoff while ordering.

Good most of the time. Did get flat sodas lately. Had to make a trip back. For my trouble I was given a coupon for a 99 cent Coke Zero. I don't drink that and wasn't happy. Otherwise they do good.

I have been having the biggest problems with the local sonic. But the other day I when to the sonic on battlefield and got a lemonade slush and they put a real lemon in my slush. None of the other sonic in the area have given me a lemon in my slush. I want to take the time out to say battlefield sonic you are doing a great job. Some of the other stores could learn something from these guys.
