The Buffalo chicken sandwich was only half covered in Buffalo sauce. The beef and cheddar was cold. Asked for no sauce on the beef and cheddar. Repeated that we didn’t want sauce on the beef and cheddar at the window. Got it home, and there was sauce on the sandwich. Both drinks were flat. The jalapeño poppers were good, but didn’t receive the ranch I asked for. The only redeeming part of the meal were the curly fries. Ending up throwing away both sandwiches.

At the time we visited the wait time was low. The food was hot and tasty. It maybe different for some depending the time you visit and the people working that shift.

we went to eat at arby's tonight there were 6 people working in the kitchen, none of them paid attention when we went to order. One of them was at the register and said order whenever you are ready and she turned around and then started talking to the other cow workers. They don't even deserve a star. The food was really cold, the fries were even worst, not fresh at all. They were also vety slow it was just us inside. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I'm very dissapointed, never going back again.

I ordered two gyros and it was supposed to be 2 for 6 because of the coupon I had. When I got my card back I didn’t get my receipt back so I checked my bank statement and it came out to be $10 because they didn’t add my coupon on my order and when I pointed it out the guy at the register ignored me and I asked for my receipt and again they ignored me and walked away. So I end up paying more than what I should’ve and i didn’t get my receipt back.

The pm workers here on Sunday night were the absolute worst. Idk if the just weren’t trained right or brand new but they didn’t even know what a classic roast beef and a spicy fish sandwich was. Worker looked at me confused and turned to his coworkers and said, “dude I’m so confused” they must be on some good drugs there
