I normally never have problems with this location however my order just arrived and I’m a little disappointed. I ordered a hand tossed large but it was pretty much a thin crust. It looks like hand tossed was attempted and the pizza is honestly the texture of a cracker. The 2 liter I received was also completely warm. I hope next time I order my crust is a little better, overall really good store and nice deliver driver!

Dirty with poor service. Bathrooms are downright nasty and every surface I touched felt super greasy. Do your customers a favor and shut down for a week so you can scrub the restaurant from top to bottom. It needs it badly! Our server was nice enough however she wrote nothing down and got both pizzas wrong. The pizzas that she did bring us were hot and tasted good, just not what we ordered. Refills were impossible to come by. Not sure why the service was so poor considering the restaurant was not busy at all.

Stopped by for the lunch buffet and there was plenty of variety available. They were busy so it took a couple of minutes to get seated but it was great afterwards. The waitress was super nice and refilled us each time quickly. My kids didn’t like the over abundance of flat crust pizza so we do think they should offer pizza and cheese as a standard on the buffet at all times. Food was hot and drinks were cold. We had a great lunch.

Waitress was stupid. I repeated no olives 6 times and she never wrote it down. She got the dessert wrong. She got our drinks wrong. The silverware and plates needed washed better. There was construction going on and they were still serving people in the restaurant. NONE of these problems were the kitchen's fault. The food was good. The waitress was TERRIBLE.

Always great service! A grown man stepped in front of my 5 yr old granddaughter as fresh pasta was being brought out. The waitress knew she had been waiting so as soon as she placed the pan, she made the man wait as she served a plate of it to my granddaughter. 🌷😘

I'm really impressed with this location! They made a small error on our carryout order (pizza was great) no big deal, they told us when we came in the next time they would make it right with us. They went above and beyond! I have to say, I rarely see customer service like this anymore - 5 stars - not for making a mistake but for making it right and caring about customers! You will get more of my business in the future!

Silly the buffet closes at 1:30 but my son enjoyed his personal pan pizza and I had the salad and it was fine. Our waitress was great, a bit of an older woman she was great with my three year old.

Lunch buffet - the staff tries their best but they are understaffed and poorly managed. Either they can't keep up with demand and constantly run out of food, plates, salad toppings, etc, OR it's so slow that you have pizza drying up under the heat lamps It's a gamble if you'll have a good experience or not
