Firehouse Subs

Love firehouse subs for a quick bite when traveling but still looking for quality food! I don’t know how they make it taste so good but I love that it’s all warm and it just “toasted” like subway and other places. Also love all the sauce options. You can get your favorite sandwich and dress it differently every time! This restaurant is clean, service is good and location is right off the highway.

Arrived at 820 pm the two working had already closed out majority of the sides. Gentlemen working couldnt work the register after 10 minutes finally got our order put in. Subs were good but mac and cheese was ice cold after waiting another ten minutes for that. Then the "gentleman" decided to tell us that lobbie closed in five minutes when the time was 845, store doesn't close till 9pm. Went to throw trash away her idea not mine, the young lady working throws her pop bucket in the way as we were trying to throw trash away. Subs good staff is complete trash that was working this evening. They need to not close down there lines or doors untill store closing times. They need retrained in customer service and procedures in a bad way./ 4 stars for the food and the team for taking time to actually coach there employee and replying to this review . edit from 1 star to 4 star.

Fast friendly service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and very inviting. I have tried Firehouse Subs in the Western New York area and was very happy with the quality and when we found this location was instantly willing to eat here; we were not let down! We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work!

Today I went into this firehouse location at about 11:45am and ordered an italian with everything, sauce on the side. I asked for sauce on the side because I have a 20 minute drive to get home. I get home and the sauce in my sandwich has ruined the bread by making it very soggy. My sandwich had very little meat, NO CHEESE, and few lettuce shreds. I've never got such a pathetic sandwich from there before. It was a whole lot of untoasted bread! When I tried calling, the phone would just ring no matter how long I waited (I attempted twice). I just dont understand because this location used to be good but in the last year or so it has become the most inconsistent location in town. I think the kids working the one near the college needs to retrain your staff.
