Wendy's

They always get my order wrong. If I get nuggets they don't give me sauce, if I order drinks the sizes are wrong. If I add something to a sandwich they make the sandwich with only that addition on it, why would I order a Baconator with no bacon or cheese? When they get something right it's good though so yay.

My husband went to the Wendys on West Sunshine this evening @ 8pm. He placed an order in the drive thru for a #1 combo with a large Diet Coke and a large Chocolate frosty. The order taker asked and what was the drink? Was it a Dr pepper? My husband said no it was a large diet coke. The order taker asked it was a #1 combo with a small Strawberry frosty? My husband responded no a large chocolate frosty. He finally got his order straightened out with the order taker, pays and didn't get a receipt (so he doesnt even know what he paid for). He drives to the 2nd window and the worker gives him a bag and a small dr pepper. My husband asked "what is this?" And says, " I ordered a large diet coke and where's my frosty?" The worker looks at the screen above his head, shrugs and says that's what you ordered. My husband said it is not what I ordered, the worker said that is what you ordered that's what you get. All he wanted was what he ordered, he was willing to pay the difference. You can't make this stuff up! By the way he had a spoon in his bag for the frosty the guy said he didn't order. Mistakes happen however what sets a business apart is how errors are fixed.

Went through the drive through for breakfast for me, my husband, and our toddler. Unfortunately they were out of my very picky toddlers favorite breakfast item (oatmeal bar). The very nice worker suggested the honey butter biscuit, and even put my toddlers food items in a kids meal bag (with awesome peek-a-boo book!) and he loves it! Thanks!
