The coupons are great. I haven't had any trouble using them. The guys and gals behind the counter have always been helpful with this process. In fact, all the way down South the employees have been equally helpful. Thumbs up to management for doing such a good job across stores.

My husband just picked up 2 roast beef sandwiches. Cold as ice. One the bun was hard as a rock and the cheese was like water on it. The fries were so cold and soft. Nasty. Lost my appetite. So disappointed. We usually go to the one on S. Campbell. This is the one on W. Republic Rd.

The chicken nuggets are the best around and you get plently for your money, compared to others. Lightly breaded and real, juicy meat. For a restaraunt that specializes in roast beef, they have the market on chicken too. Just ask your kiddos the next time they have a craving for chicken nuggets. Yum!

We got 2 combos the #3 and #8. We always get curly fries with our combos but for whatever reason this time they gave us 1 crinkle cut and 1 curly. Neither me or my boyfriend like crinkle cut so we had to decide who was going to be short their combo. We decided to share the curly fries and when we ate them they tasted very strongly of onion rings meaning they probably cooked them in the same oil
as the onion rings. The chicken strips tasted old. Overall the food was disgusting and not worth $20. What a waste.

Arby's is always good, especially the brisket. The roast beef is always a go-to. The employees at the Republic Road and Kansas Expressway we're very attentive and friendly.

Not a good night tonight. Apparently new employees. Order taker was confused. Almost drove away missing a sandwich. Got home and both petite steak sandwiches were not toasted.
That sandwich does not taste nearly the same with Untoasted ciabatta. Was not good. Never had an issue before at this store.
Update. GM called and offered to make the order right. Thanks Tina.

Counter people were good. But Cook's repeatedly messed up our orders. Never did get my chicken on my sandwich just ate it chickenless sandwich had to get to appointment
