Scooter's Coffee

After many months of going through drive-thrus with my dog without getting offered any treats, this very sweet girl asked if I wanted a pup cup for my precious Skippy. This made my day! All the girls working there are very nice people, the coffee tastes good, and I don't believe anyone has ever messed up any of my orders. I usually don't like food from coffee shops, but the ham and cheddar English muffin thing is very good. I came here today around 8-8:15am. If the manager/owner sees this, please reward your employees. They are excellent!

I go back and forth on whether I am a fan of Scooter's or not. For a long time, I didn't go back because they would frequently give me the wrong order or their coffees tasted weak. They seem to have gotten an entirely new staff recently and this has made a difference. The coffees are tasty, although I still get the wrong order sometimes as far as coffee and then don't know until I've already driven away. But even the wrong orders have been good, so could be worse. Bonus is that they have an app you can pay with very similar to starbucks.

Every time I stop in here the employees are always so nice and polite. I get moved through super quickly and on my way in less than 5 minutes at times. The only thing I hate is completely out of their control is that dang corner in drive thru. My truck doesn't exactly fit through there. (My fault for driving a big vehicle)

i dont normally post reviews but felt todays experience needed to be known. I go to the scooters in nixa and the one on campbell quite a bit, im a hospice nurse so i drive all over. i dont normally have a bad experience and i prefer the drinks over starbucks. however I went to the one on campbell today around 10am. i ordered a medium caramalicious blender. when i got to the window nobody even looked at me, so i sat for a bit and listened to them talk about vinyl or something. when she finally came to the window she just said the price, no greeting or anything and the price was almost 8.00. for a medium blender? i asked her and said i thought the medium was around 5.00 and her response was "our prices go up randomly" uh...ok. since when? i paid it anyway and when i tasted my drink it was awful. it tasted burnt. ive never had a bad drink from scooters, but i couldnt even finish it. so not only did i pay more for what i got, i wasted that money on something i couldnt even drink. I hope nobody else has an experience like this and i guess ill go to nixa only from now on.

If I could give this place 0 stars , I would . I’ve been through here many times and they have yet to get my order right . For the price of the coffee , it’s not worth the quality ! If you ask for extra thick blender , it’ll always be runny ! Ask for caramel drizzle in the cup , they charge you for it but don’t put it in there !
