Billiards Of Springfield

Came here for the first time since it re-opened back up. Food was amazing. Facility was super clean. Food was reasonably priced as well as delishious. I had 3 different waitresses for some reason but they were all 3 very kind and quick to help with whatever. Props to those 3 girls. I was impressed with how far it had come since the last owners. Pool tables were clean and only a ten minute wait. although the only improvement i found was anytime i wanted to order another drink or wanted to close my tab, I stood at the bar 2 different time for about 5min or so and not one person asked me what i needed. I ended up grabbing a waitress and she was more than helpful.

This place is under new ownership and they remodeled and it's fabulous looking. It's so clean and beautiful. The customer service is really great also. It's just a really relaxing nice atmosphere and everybody looks so happy that's in here right now. The only problem is you have to find a parking spot which is a little bit difficult. You can't really park in the parking lot it's pretty small so you have to park and walk.

I've been coming as a regular for some time now, absolutely love the place and good people. Doesn't matter if it's in the morning or late at night, always good service and good food. Just a great place to go. Beautiful full size pool tables and great environment. Glad I found this place to be honest.

This is my first time coming back to billiards since it's reopening. The wife and I had a great time in the 2 hours we were there. We played some pool, had a couple drinks and ate some bomb (great) food. The differences from before the shut down to now would definitely be the atmosphere, the new paint job, bigger T.Vs, taking care of the pool tables and widening the front patio made everything feel more welcoming. I will definitely be back soon.

Went to this place on Sunday to have a good time with a few friends and my card was charged twice. I called and spoke with Able on Tuesday and he told me to call back Wednesday If I had not received the money, when I called back he was not available and I was told that they needed to take my number and Richard would call me back. They then changed their business phone number the same day, and will not answer the phone now nor has anyone called me back or the money been returned. I will be making a visit in person to get this resolved as well as filing a complaint with the better business bureau and attorney general if not solved today!
