Great food and a cute little market. The pizza was fantastic, and VERY reasonably priced (almost suspiciously cheap). The coffee was also delightful. The service was inexplicably slow and a little...uninformed, let's say. We had to explain to the girl behind the counter that whole milk and 2% milk were different things, and that we wanted whole milk in the cappuccinos. Once she understood that, we watched her make cappuccino at the blistering speed of one every seven minutes. Presumably this person is new and untrained, especially since it was a mid-afternoon visit. Still though, she didn't know what MILK was.

I do not know how long this has been here / open... but i saw it the other day while driving. They had huge banners out that said espresso (or something) so i thought, why not see if Springfield has a nice coffee place. So i went for coffee... i got breakfast and dessert. And i am very pleased. I do not feel there prices were out of range, maybe even on the low end. It is a well put together little store. And the food is a definite plus. I would highly recommend. 3/19/22 Update: still amazing. Usely go atleast once a week for breakfast 10/08/23 update: they continue to switch things up adding new items

Was out in Springfield getting my daughter's haircut this morning. Stumbled across this little Italian specially store on Saxer ave, they've got tons of homemade items (pastas, sauces, meats, cheeses etc). Since I was stopping in for some breakfast I decided on getting the porchetta, egg and cheese (which comes with broccoli rabe and sharp provolone). I've never had porchetta before so it was a leap of faith for me...zero regrets! That porchetta was seasoned wonderfully and it went so well with the other stuff on the sandwich. They also have a wide array of coffees and expressos so I grabbed a java chip frappé just to try and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't just a sugary "coffee" smoothie...it had just the right amount of bitterness to round out my meal and clear the palate so I didn't run back inside and buy a container of that porchetta to take home. 😂
