Starbucks

I ordered an iced coffee at this establishment, and there was a hair in my coffee. Now, I wasn’t upset and I understand that mistakes happen. So, I went to get my drink remade and they were nice and apologetic. They gave us the coffee and we left and when I went to go drink my drink, there was ANOTHER HAIR sitting on the lid of my coffee! Once is fine, but twice??? And I told them there was a hair, they remade the drink, and didn’t even try to make sure there was no hair so the mistake didn’t happen again! Frustrating and I hope this review can get them to wear hairnets or something

Breakfast of champions. White chocolate mocha with caramel is my drink! Hot or blended can never go wrong. and this particular Starbucks has a male that works here and I was very impressed by his coffee making skills ..I've had bad experiences in the past with males who work at Starbucks but this one was actually good and positive. So high five man! Good coffee made here!

So this location “opens” at 530. I get there 10 minutes early on my way to work, and when they open I pull around through to the window because they didn’t answer at the speaker. A girl with cotton candy colored hair, and a blonde girl with glasses proceeded to glance at me for ten minutes, and refused to acknowledge me until I tapped the horn. Then they tell me, after they should’ve been open for ten minutes, that it would be another 15 minutes until they would be open. When I asked when the manager would be in, they said shes “out of town” conveniently. So Ms manager, your employees clearly don’t give a rat when you’re gone, hope you’re okay with that, now I’m late for work with no coffee, thanks ladies
