Yet another bean burrito on our tour to find the best TB in the Pacific Northwest. I'd say this was average. It always sucks when the burrito comes open at the bottom and oozes all over you. Grab those extra napkins. Nice clean store and friendly staff.

This is the best Taco Bell experience! Great personable staff who are funny and on their game with upselling! The management should be proud. I ran 10+ retail locations in the past and getting team members to be consistent and personable while selling isn't easy. Nice job!

My bag of Cinnamon Twists was only about half full. So I talked to the young man whose badge said he was the supervisor in food prep. He told me that was normal amount of Cinnamon Twists. I always buy them and there are always more and I said so. I was nice, not a Karen, but he just shrugged and walked away. I felt a bit insulted by that. I had ordered extra cheese on my cheese quesadilla, but it seemed like it was the normal amount, even less than that on half. On the way out I told the man who had taken my order about the Cinnamon Twists. He was very apologetic and grabbed another bag for me, and it was fuller. Yay! A supervisor who could not care less about a problem with an order has the wrong attitude. I wonder if managers or corporate read these reviews; they need to.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! 🤬 I went today to order for my coworkers; decided, because it was a large order, to order inside instead of tying up the drive-thru. Some guy (manager maybe?) proceeded to complain about the order and stated "counter can wait, drive-thru is priority" "counter order can wait, I don't care" as I stood there. 35 minutes later, I get my order.

Updated: 5-18-22 Here is how their customer service handles problems. Ordering at the drive through: As I am ordering the young lady cross sells between every item interrupting the next request I am ordering. Annoying and not Her fault. I've grown tired of this push of over cross selling policy that is obviously a corporate demand. At this point I requested that she not interrupt and let me continue ordering all the while using please and thank you and unwittingly aware of the fact that I had used an explicative. Once at the window, the young man assisting the young lady handed drinks out the window with no carrier and 3 straws for 4 drinks and then said "you rounded up right?" Then slammed the window shut. I didn't realize until later that they had charged me to an even dollar amount for charity without asking permission. Not a big deal as it's going to a good cause, but still another concern - that is theft. As the last bag of food came out the window, I reminded him we needed another straw. While holing the straw as if it were a hostage and shaken at my face, proceeded to scold me for using a swear word. I replied back with some more colorful language and requested the manager. I thought better of it and did not want to prevent folks behind me to suffer waiting because of what was going on. I told the young man to have the manager meet me by the south door. Hindsight, I don't blame the manager for not coming to meet me so I called the store after waiting 10 minutes. Not only was there no apology, but at the end of an unproductive interaction with a manager and listening to insults the manager hung up on me. Needless to say, I will not patronize this place ever again. Morale of the story is that extra meat and cheese is more important than your satisfaction. They want money so badly - they'll just take it from you without asking.

Great place! Clean and well kept. Only 4 stars though. Minus one star for taking 4 of my favorite things off the menu including the double decker taco. Like seriously you took off a staple for us Taco Bell fans, how could you!!!!!! Should minus another star for making me figure out a new favorite. Pssshhhh...... Update - they made it all up to me lol Update - this place still rocks

I love the Taco Bell's in the area although the mobile app needs work. The employee s need trained on it also ( many say they know nothing about the app when they are asked )
