Papa Johns Pizza

Completely raw pizza sent to me. Absolutely inedible. As someone who has managed a pizzeria this must be a noob on the pizza oven because it’s impossible to miss a completely raw pizza. It stuck to the paddle and got deformed it was so raw. With so many pizza places it’s likely I’ll never be ordering from here again.

Are you kidding me?! No wonder no one orders this-why are you still in business?!? I’ll NEVER order again. Gave them a chance from being soured a while ago. Wanted to switch it up. Ordered on the website and made an account. 20 minutes later-our order came through my email, (which I might’ve missed if I wasn’t watching phone) and said my order was cancelled from my bank(?). Called the store, she said I would be the only order she would be working on and the driver just pulled up to the store. She mentioned not minding it was 25 minutes to close to re-order and do it online and she would get it right away. Paying cash this time. An hour after close and NO second order came through at closing cancelled my order. Surprise, surprise, the phone won’t connect since it’s “after hours” and I have no one to answer my questions. WONT ORDER AGAIN-GOT FOOLED AGAIN

Used to be my favorite, but they ALWAYS forget the extras I add to my order like sauce or extra peppercinis, so I stopped ordering from them for a while. Tried to order for old times sake tonight, the "large" is tiny and looks like a domino's medium, the crust was doughy and raw, the sauce was lukewarm (so not appetizing) and as usual they forgot my extra peppercinis. I'll just save my money from now on and forget I ever liked this place, cuz there was nothing good about the $50 I spent tonight.

Stuft crust pizza is great. That being said,the customer service order gives wrong information. Also, outsourcing calls to Philippines for a pizza order is a terrible idea..they gave the wrong time-line,wrong order when picked up. Then no accountability at store "we have nothing to do with the call center"
