I order a large fry and some other stuff everything else came as it would be expected from McDonalds but this large fry is not a large fry. Very annoyed.

This McDonald's is rapidly turning into a dumpster fire. You'd think when you pay over $30 for 3 people to eat that the food just might come out as you ordered.....but not at this McDs. The last 4 times something if not everything has been wrong. The employees as of lately have been less than friendly.....I understand fast food isn't the best job, but they are currently getting paid $20/hr, benefits, school reimbursement, and other perks. Today was my last time giving this location a chance. Hopefully it will shutdown and a business will move in that actually cares about its products and its customers. I would recommend driving a little further North or South and go to a different McDonald's.....one that has competent employees.

Very disappointed with my visit to this location. I went through the drive through. Ordered for myself and three kids, hambers and chicken nuggets. They gave us our drinks then asked us to move forward. We ended up waiting over 20 min for our food. It doesn't take that long to cook what we ordered. When we finally got the food it was NOT FRESH and they forgot my chicken nuggets. I have never had such poor service in a drive through before. I will be not returning to this location.

The food isn't always the problem here but it can be pretty inconsistent from visit to visit. The parking lot lay out makes moving to and from the drive-thru less smooth than other locations and when I've taken our kids inside, the playground has always been dirty and while we've seen it being cleaned, the employees were cleaning it while people were eating and getting cleaning spray all over the place to include our food.

Was OK of course my frys were cold like always, but it happens at all the McDonald's I go to so don't hold against this one, I'd have to say in my opion the main thing this one should try and improve would be there friendliness and smiles, cause without those there is definitely a huge difference in how your experience will be

I order a hot coffee with sugar and cream. This coffee is ice cold and Taste like ashtray 🤦🏻♂️ Basically this coffee is sitting there for long period of time! Then served it to me. What happen to quality and my money. Trash!

The only reason I got to McDonalds, of which I only go to this one, is because it started offering 75% Military and Veteran discount. Apparently the amount of discount is subject to the discretion of the manager on shift, so despite normally getting 75% there are two managers that could give a shot less about local Veterans and only give 25% and 10%. While a discount of any kind is always appreciated, the absence of uniformity makes a statement and the 75% is the only thing setting this McDonalds appart seeing as EVERY other restaraunt save for Olive Garden offers 10-25% off for military and Veterans already and have far superior food to anything McDonalds will ever offer or has ever offered in the 42yrs I have been alive.

The food I got ( 3 sandwich) was very poor quality. The crispy chicken was so hard and over fried I couldn't even eat it.. the mcdouble only had pickle on it and the fish had no cheese!!! 13.70 for what????
