Pizza Pipeline

We ordered online from pizza pipeline a few hours in advance so we could go out and the pizza would just come for the babysitter. We got a call from the sitter that only 2/4 items had been delivered and the cheese pizza was burnt so bad our kids refused to eat it. I called the store just to be disappointed again as the customer service was terrible and they refused to give me a time where they could complete our order. The babysitter ended up having to cook something else for the kids. This was the worst service I have ever seen in a delivery.

Excellent gluten free pizza. Love their cheese and most of their toppings. I have been a loyal customer here for 5 years at the northside location. There has been some mishaps, but more often then not they get it right and its an excellent pizza! I've never been sick (gluten intolerance) from this store/pizza chain.

I just ate the best pizza of my entire life right now! The Northside Pizza Pipeline once again has just pulled it out amazing and perfect pizza, I mean their toppings selection alone is incredible,I got their luau spicy luau with barbecue sauce on it and I'm telling you it's there it's beautiful, this is a beautiful pie you guys it's amazing I only eat Pizza Pipeline they're the best pizza around WITH THE GREATEST STAFF POSSIBLE AS WELL!!

I’ve never had such a poor experience with ordering food. Started off with being on hold for 15 minutes and once they finally had time to take our call, we had to repeat the order 5 TIMES. I was speaking loud and clear each time, yet all I heard on the other end was “ummmm okay, uhhh, what was that again?” Placing the order took 10 minutes in addition to the 15 minute hold. Once we got there, the lobby was filled with unhappy customers. While I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes (after being quoted 20-30 minutes over the phone and then driving 15 minutes to the store), I got to witness: orders that were misplaced, incomplete, wrong, orders for people who seemingly didn’t exist (I’m guessing they got tired of waiting and left), and more. I’ve never seen a business completely fail at every single aspect of what they do. I’m honestly baffled. If I could give 0 stars I would…

Called at 6:30 and was asked to sit on hold…didn’t realize it would be for 16 mins. When someone finally picked up the phone the order needed to be repeated 3x. K no problem maybe training a new guy. No biggie. They said 30 mins. Showed up 30 mins later and there were 3 other people in front of me and the guy up front couldn’t seem to find their pizza. So we finally get up front and when I gave him my name, he told me it’s not ready yet. Asked him how much longer and he had no idea. Waited another 20 mins and finally got our pizza. If it was gonna be that long they should just let people know that it was about an hour wait. Got home and pizza was cooked but kinda lukewarm. Kinda wondering how long it sat there done while I stood in the lobby waiting. I’m giving 1/2 a star cuz the pizza was still edible
