Little Ceasars Pizza is GOOD for like a long time now and holding steady at an unmatched price for surprisingly good pizza. Sometimes twice a week for me. The secret to getting a fresh out the oven pizza is ask for half cheese on it, then it's not a pizza that's been sitting in the hot case waiting its turn. Their still the bomb either way.

I love this location! I literally drive from the south hill to the north side for their pizza and customer service! Pizza is ALWAYS fresh! Always correct and they NEVER forget my crazy crust! The customer service is always on point, doesn't matter how busy they are, they are always happy! One might wonder why I drive across town and not go to the one on 29th? Because they are horrible! I've seen kids vaping inside the location on 29th, they are rude, the pizza is always old and they look at me crazy when I ask for crazy crust... go to the one on division!!!!

Order online, informed it was ready 20 minutes later (I'm good with that).
At 25 minutes I was informed that the pretzel crust pizza was not made and be done in 5 to 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes later I it was ready. When I got home, I found that it was burnt 🥵
All I got was an "I'm sorry".

I must confess that I am a bit plucked due to the fact this place apparently has little regard for the traveling customer. To wit they will sell you a two litre bottle of pop and then they ostensibly presume everyone in the car will take turns taking pulls off of the same bottle.
Why do I think this? Because they have no cups to give you. But the guy manning the drive thru astutely offered us sauce cups. <sarcasm>Nice...</sarcasm>
So we're either sharing spit or taking shots of Mountain Dew. Ok, I've ranted long enough.
The pizza was hot, wasn't half bad and it was a pretty good deal.
I would have happily paid a quarter (maybe a bit more) for each empty cup. But noooooooooo.

Told us to wait in the parking lot for our pizza and said it would take up to 10 minutes. It ended up taking almost an hour. Don't trust. Staff was also very disrespectful. We had to go inside and our food was just sitting on the counter and it was cold.

Employees consistently lie to customers and should be fired especially when they say your order is coming out of the oven when they havent even made it and put it in the oven.your employee told me my food was coming out of the oven only to hear her say 5 minutes later oh the order for so and so is in the lobby at which point youe pizza guy starts furiously making the 6 pizzas that i was supposed to pu

We have a big family so we got 6 pizzas 2 breadsticks and 2 6 piece bbq wings. They said 10 min and I went in little before and it was done.

Sally wasn't lying little Ceasars actually is one of the better places to get pizzas but it's especially price worthy. Papa John's always gives instant sharts. It has been the only chain I get pizza from since 2017. I make my own pizza now though mostly but hot n ready when done right are the best. Peace Sally! ✌
