Some of the best service at a fast food restaurant yet! Understood the mobile coupon we had instantly, whereas most places have to go ask the managers or whoever questions. Was a decently big order for 4 people. Paying was quick and easy even with having to scan the mobile deal code. Getting our food was even faster, less than a minute after paying we had our food, made well, with everything we wanted, even with each separate meal in it's own bag! Most places just throw it all in as few bags as possible and miss multiple items. Great job to this Wendy's, doing everything right!

Definitely not fresh made daily! I haven't been to Wendy's in a while I go for the taco salads but the last time I went the lettuce was brown and the cheese was so soggy you can tell its been made a few days ago. I decided to give them another chance and once again brown soggy lettuce and cheese. The tomatoes looked like they were very over ripe. Not again, it's not even worth complaining because they don't care you are just one in a hundred but every one you lose will start adding up.

For the second time, I ordered a taco salad and the lettuce was brown and wet. So this time I checked the salad before pulling away, and half the lettuce was brown and wet. I asked the guy at the window for a new salad and showed him the lettuce. He looked at me like I had a mental delay. He was extremely rude, and shut the window in my face. He then proceeded to use his HANDS and pull out the dirty lettuce and proceeded to hand me the salad stating “is this good enough for you” just disgusting! I love Wendy’s but I am outraged and refuse to support a company who serves sub par lettuce. Never again!

I know it may just be fast food, but I have always enjoyed this place. There's times that I've been disappointed, but it's been very far, few, and in-between.. I haven't been there in forever until yesterday. I have seen the commercials about their new crispy and better French fries.. and I have always thought fries are just boring and skip them altogether.. But I tried them last night and they were indeed amazing. And my double Baconator was solid.
Loved it..I probably will go back this weekend..I think I'm on a little bit of a spree

Literally just waited an hour to get greasy weak fries after seeing there new claim for crunchy fries the whole time, the wrong drink that they charged me 50 cents more for?? and I'm too exhausted to make it right. No. Just no. Booo. Boo. I did my part. You do yours.

Fast and friendly. I didn't see where to get plastic spoons and forks, so I asked. The employee brought them right to our table. At any other fast food joint they would've just pointed "over there".

Since the remodel upgrade a few years ago Wendy’s has been a more inviting and relaxed fast food dining experience. They are regularly updating their menu with delicious food and I often try those new items because they are usually amazing.

We went inside for this visit, as we normally go through the drive-through. As it was hot outside, my husband wanted to go inside instead. The staff was friendly, but all of the tables near the drink fountains were dirty and the fountain countertops needed to be wiped down. My husband's hamburger and fries were cold. My spicy chicken sandwich was okay. It wasn't a terrible experience, but I don't know if it would be on the top of my list for a revisit.
