Overall pretty good. Had one of the best servers I've ever had and he was even a shadow at the time, from Boston! Very polite, not overly in your face like some are, quick with everything and funny. The reason for the 4 stars is the food, while great quality, the prices seem high for the very small amounts of food you get. Been to many other restaurants that serve identical things for half the price and twice as much food. Plus the amount of choices was very small barley 2 full pages of menu items and that was it. Highly recommend requesting Ryan as your server!

Ordered delivery as i wasn't feeling like going anywhere and the delivery aspect of things was fantastic however there were some areas that ended up being lacking such as the steak being super over cooked on the steak and shrimp alfredo and the shrimp was so over cooked it was crunchy and tasted burnt. The loaded potato soup was good and the side of bread was fun to get. Overall id order again while being super aware. I ordered rare for my steak and got well....so maybe blue rare for medium? Im not sure. I will say i appreciate the serving size for the loaded potato soup as i always feel like when i order soup to go the servings are half of what you get when you dine in and i actually felt like this was equal to or more. Came with sides of butter and i also got extra grilled shrimp; someone elses comment did fit it; the bread underneath the shrimp is just unusually hard and not really edible. Part of this is definitely delivery (a risk you take with boxing food up) but part is just a lack of? We all have off days though so ill definitely try again down the road.

We went on a Monday night at 5, I am going to assume that is the reason the food and drink was so bad, not sub par, bad.
I ordered an old fashioned, it was on their drink menu. Google a picture of an old fashion and tell me it looks that color or so clouded. They likely muddled the cherry and gave me two thick orange slices that didn't appear fresh. I took two sips and couldn't finish it.
The ribs seemed over cooked, and I for sure had the last corner of a bag of fries they threw on my plate. The crusty quarters of fries made up a bulk of my plate.
Maybe it was due to a Monday, maybe it was the pandemic, maybe it's because it was attached to the mall. Either way, my family won't be back any time soon to find out.

BEFORE YOU EAT HERE, GO NEXT DOOR TO BONE FISH, they’ll actually cook your food right the first time every time!! And their just right next door, save yourself the grief of this place!!!!
THE MANAGER SAID I WAS TALKING BAD ABOUT THE STORE EVEN THO IM COMPAINING ABOUT MY STEAKS NOT BEING COOKED, he said he’s been here 27 years and wasn’t going to make anything right because he wants to put words in my mouth, I had 2 5 year olds and I had to just sit here and watch you walk away quietly and quickly. I shouldn’t have paid at all
The servers are amazing at their job first off, nothing negative to say in that department.
But for the kitchen/manager running this location, very poorly represents this restaurant. I’ve had 4 steaks all under cooked to raw after even the 2nd re heat, and I can’t even take a bite without still seeing all the blood and red in the steak.. I’m going to just toss them since “it was impossible for them to cook”.
If your kitchen staff isn’t doing right by just our meals, it must be all of them at this point, and I can’t bash on the server for this, the manager wouldn’t even come be responsible either..
You should be looking for long term customers who will come back, not just whine and dine me with raw food and call it good. $200 for food I didn’t even get to enjoy, no wonder I go to better steak houses.
Don’t risk it, get quality food anywhere else but here. Save your cash 💰 cause they won’t even make it right hahaha. What a shame they call that a job

If I pay over $100 for two meals, delivered or not, there’s a certain expectation. Such as; steak should be cooked as requested, if you order a loaded baked potato it should have sour cream/butter/chives/& bacon at least included inside the bag somewhere! I ordered the broccoli with cheese and it was a cheese mold of soggy broccoli. I had added the shrimp, it was served on a piece of their awesome bread except this bread was rock hard on the bottom and saturated with melted butter as if someone thought that would help the mess they served. One last thing, aren’t you supposed to get straws when you order drink but that must be too difficult as well because they weren’t even the drinks we had ordered. Pathetic experience all around. I was a first timer, you bet it’s my last. I feel so ripped off!

Everything was really good. Great service! I was super happy with my entree, soup, salad. Very, very good.
My one complaint is …the blooming onion is way too salty. This was my third time trying it and yeah if the salt level was just cut down it would be perfect! Take notice there are plenty of other reviewers that are complaining about the same thing. It would be so good if this was changed.

Went here for my father in law’s birthday. Had an absolutely wonderful time. The food was fantastic and they sat our party of 13 quickly. They were right on it for speed and accuracy. The steak was cooked to perfection and the sides were amazing. I will definitely be going back again. Bon appetite
