Dunkin'

My family, pet and I always go there for our coffee and pastries gathering. We enjoy going there, especially now the entire place got remodeled. It invites you to come over and have an iced coffee or ice cream. The only thing the manager needs to take care of their staff are always kind and have a positive attitude when attending. Also, make sure tables are always cleaned and trash cans empty. Other than that I enjoy going there.

the best locations i’ve been to! the staffs are just amazing and always make my drink tastes way better than the other locations! their managers really care about customers .. they always have smile on their faces although you could tell they are tired. sandwiches are on point. you can tell they really take their time to cook the food and taste fresh!

I recently visited my local Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins location at Aspen Hill Rd, MD and was blown away by the amazing service provided by Komal. She made my visit an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Komal was incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting me with a warm smile as soon as I entered the store. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped me to choose the perfect donut and ice cream flavor to suit my taste preferences. Throughout my visit, Komal was attentive and responsive to my needs, checking in with me to make sure that everything was going well and that I was satisfied with my order. She also kept the store clean and tidy, ensuring that all surfaces were wiped down and free from spills and messes. What really stood out to me, however, was Komal’s commitment to customer satisfaction. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my order, even offering to make adjustments or substitutions if I wasn't completely satisfied. Overall, I would highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins location, and in particular, Komal, to anyone looking for great food and excellent service.
