Whole Foods Market

Large selection and even larger prices it is your standard whole foods. I just admit it is quality stuff though. Everything is fresh and the deli selection has a fantastic hot bar as well as a veggie burger place (I'm allergic to mushrooms so I can't eat most of it) and a cafe. I often go here to do Amazon returns and have been tempted more than once for something on my way out the door. I guess that's why they put the returns in the back.

I always have a great experience as a customer. However, today was exceptionally well due to Patrick the cashier who provided excellent service. I am 8 mos pregnant so he helped bagged and place items in my shopping cart. He also had Chanda help load my car. Chanda was was very nice. Both were very help! I will always make sure to come to this location thanks to these 2 gentlemen!

Convenient location to walk to if you are in downtown Silver Spring. Has an employee and a self-serve drop box for Amazon returns (when you walk in, it's to the right of the store, in the corner near the front). I do not shop here much, since it is pricey for day-to-day groceries. However, I occasionally enjoy the prepared foods and other occasional items. The prepared foods bar does not always have the same selection; so if you have a favorite dish, don't count on it being there. Tried a blueberry scone once and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I highly suggest parking in the garage on wayne and walking over as the parking lot is literal hell. Whole Foods never gets 5 stars from me because it’s unnecessarily expensive. There isn’t enough disabled parking so honestly not sure I’d call this place accessible. Tho if you can find a spot the entrances have ramps and no lips to trip over. Store is open and flat.

Best grocery store in the area. More expensive but I use for specific fresh foods like seafood (Best in the area). Good quality vegetables and fruit. Bakery is on parr, tasty and offers a unique variety of sweets. Usually busy, but the lines move quick. Food bar can be very good depending on when you arrive. Parking is plentiful but it can fill up. May have to search a bit, maybe not.
