El Gavilan Restaurant

I’ve never physically been here. I only order off Uber eats. I have only gotten their fajitas and they are to die for! I’ve ordered the same thing from other near my restaurants and this one for sure is the best. Steak is always tender and flavorful. A little more pricier than the other places.. but we’ll worth it.

One of the most underrated restaurants in Montgomery County that I've been to in 17 years. Took my daughter here, sat outside and there was a giant connect 4 to play with. She had a cheese quesadilla that she enjoyed (and she's not a good eater). I had the Drunken Burrito and a house margarita. The outdoor spaces are well thought out, high quality furniture and unique. We will definitely be back a bunch!

Silver Spring has been a Melting Pot for many generations. The local Latin population run some of the best themed restaurants in the area. This particular Salvadorian Restaurant focuses on exclusive authentic recipes, and the care they put into thier food really shows. Trust me, it tastes every bit as good as it looks. The Taste was so good, I had to shoot video, so that you can hear the sound of that sizzling fajitas steak plate. The flavors are so amazing, that after eating the steak I found myself finishing off the sauteed onions which were beautifully flavored by the meat. The only thing that I would change about this meal would be to remember to bring some friends along, so they could enjoy the food as well. I thanked the owner personally, because it's rare to find a place that makes food this good and gives such a wonderful presentation. When the opportunity comes, I will come back and try something else on their menu. They also make a 20 oz steak that I bet is to die for.
