I will say the ice cream is a little pricey, however, it is well worth the price! The ice cream is extremely delicious and the employees give you a generous amount. The staff is pretty friendly and the store was clean. My favorite part is that they stay open pretty late on the weekends to satisfy my ice cream cravings!

I stopped here after shopping and was very dehydrated and just dragging. I think it showed on my face and the woman working the cash register asked how my day was. She was so sweet and personable, instantly made me feel better. I ended up either saying the wrong ice cream name or they misheard me but they instantly got me a new one and in what I wanted. Two amazing employees, five stars, will be stopping here again.

First step in the place smells good with all the ice cream and sugar hitting your nose. Their ice creams are great, even their smoothies. Only problem I have is that sometimes when I visit the floor is kind of sticky and littered, and the tables are dirty with other people's trash that they didn't clean up. Overall though, it's a great ice cream parlor.

Hi, My family and I visited your store on Ellsworth Place today, Aug 25, 2018 around 9pm. The store was packed and had a huge line. My server was Julia and she was excellent. I needed vanilla ice cream that was safe for my son with a peanut allergy. I was prepared for her to say that it was not safe and I would have TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD. Julia had a relatively fresh block of vanilla on the counter but explained it was really frozen so I would have to wait a few minutes. Her customer service was phenomenal. When it was defrosted enough, she peeled back the top layer and then took fresh vanilla from below to make sure it was truly safe. What a wonderful young lady! And what a credit to your store! To top it all off, she apologized to me for the wait. Seriously? Thank you Julia for making my son's night!
