Ikko Sushi

I picked up this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday, for the photos looked delicious; and we weren't disappointed. From the food to the hospitality to the vibe and cleanness of the place, everything was just perfect. The sushi is one of the best in the town, and the prices are very reasonable. The specialty rolls are so yummy and creative ( just try Lobester Sensation), and they have this great option of deep frying any roll for you if it's your thing. You can't go wrong with Ikko Sushi!

Best sushi in Silver Spring! We came in late Friday night and had an amazing Nigri sushi combo with two extra rolls, the caterpillar and salmon lover rolls, and everything was fresh and so delicious! Rolls are large, so it's a good value, and they're interesting without being outlandish or super fusion-y. Just quality sushi served with amazing service and a cool interior. Definitely coming back - this is now my spot!

It was a perfect evening to sit outside and enjoy delicious sushi, Miso soup and jasmine tea! The Love Boat was a fun choice and good to share between at least 2 people! The mango mochi ice cream was delicious as well! Service was great! If you have to use the restroom, they’ll give you a key and it’s a bit of a walk through the back of the building, but not a big deal.

Been coming to this restaurant for 3 solid years. My favorite dishes are carpaccio, their sushi combos that come with variety of fish, and Asahi roll! Their kitchen food is really good too for non-sushi eaters. My husband gets yakiudon, bibimbap, tempura appetizer and he says he can eat ikko every day if he could! Their fish is fresh and very good portioned. If you need extra ginger, extra wasabi or extra soy sauce, mention it on your take out order! They will provide generous amount! Parking is available about a block away, there is a public parking place or street parking is available too.
