Love this place! I randomly stop by when I'm passing through this way and they are always on point! The food is always hot and fresh. I went in the first time ever (usually I do drive thru but had to pee) and the place looked great. Super clean. Most of all, the vibe was on point. All four people looked me in the eye, said hello; chill music playing. Whoever owns this store should give everyone a raise. I just left here and I'm writing this from the parking lot on 5/30/22 at 1:15pm. When you have employees like this, you better do what ever to keep them. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Took 17 minutes from the time I pulled in line all the way to getting my food. Then Krystal were cold..waiting that long just for cold food is ridiculous.Then I get my drink and see it's not a tea but coke so I told her this isn't mine and she said I can't take it back??? Really what am I suppose to do with it?? Sad day as usually foods hot atleast..

The staff over here it's the worst I have ever seen in my life they keep their Lobby closed all the time when our city does not have a covid mandate. You're lucky if your food is ever right and I will not be making this mistake again I ordered a 5 for 5.55 deal into extra crystals and somehow or another it cost me $22 and they couldn't explain it and or give me a receipt

When we arrived, we were greeted and our order taken. That was about the only enjoyable part. Once at the window, we noticed a car pulled up and another 2 in parking spots. Once we paid, not before, she let us know that we could be looking at a 20 minute wait for our food. I had to agree since I had already paid. The 3 employees inside were screaming at each the entire 30 minutes we ended up sitting at the window. One young lady was cussing and threatening the person in the kitchen, which we couldn't see, that she would have them fired if they asked another question. She threw cups at them and asked them to leave her alone, even though she was the only one we could hear. We were ordering for 7 people, had 12 cheese krystals, 8 krystals no cheese or onions, 3 chiks 3 reg fries and 2 garbage fries. We received 12 cheese without onions, 8 with everything, 5 chiks, 2 reg fries, 1 garbage fry, and 1 chili fry. We knocked on the window numerous times but they literally hid in the back. This is the worst restaurant in town.

Horrible service. Filthy store and kitchen area at the shelbyville storeGoing to contact their corporate. If i had gone in initially to place my order and seen the kitchen I would have left. 3 workers back there banging the heck out of something and nothing against working mothers but you can't have 2 young children there screaming at the tops of their lungs and you behind the counter working. There is no way anybody attempting to enjoy a meal could do so. And yes I know how young children can be before anybody says something. Couldn't get as good of photos as I wanted. The floors were covered in trash. I would have given a no star rating but it wouldn't post without a rating
