Taco Bell

The whole place is a disaster. They leave you waiting to order inside and ignore you. When they finally notice you. They seem it's a inconvenience to take our order. The staff don't understand taking orders. They get confused. The woman who I assume is a manager doesn't do a great job so the employees are doing the best they can. The staff are poorly trained. Unaware of changes during the day because management don't do their job. The foods 90% wrong everytime. Drive to Franklin or Indy post road and it's so much better. Nicer staff and knowledgeable. Please who ever reads this management is likely why your at 3 stars.

They didn't make the order right then didn't put sauce in my bag. When I went in to let them know they demanded that I needed a my receipt. So I had to go back out to get that then come back in. I spoke with the manager and he was rude and no help at all. Tyler I think his name was. Bad service don't go there at all.

Taco Bell in shelbyville Indiana on 44 is awful.. there was one gal in particular that was making our food and we asked for 2 cheesy potatoes with NO sour cream and she still made one with the sour cream, when we got our food, my grandma corrected her and she had a snarky response so that triggered her and she had a snarky response back.. and then the lady proceeded to tell my grandma not to be rude.. and my grandma responded with well then just get my order right.. now note there was almost 7 people in the back working.. and so then after she gets the order right she goes back and starts talking about us to her coworkers.. and my grandma gets mad and says talk to me i’m right here.. and the tables weren’t even clean.. like you are serving people food when they’re hungry. get your stuff straight taco bell.. if you can’t be nice and actually do your job right, then don’t work here.. or anywhere..

They took my card to pay for my order at the window, handed me my drinks and card back. I sat there for a couple minutes, they then opened the window back up wondering why I was still sitting there. I told them they hadn't given me my food yet. The young man apologized then handed me the wrong food. The only thing they got right was the drinks.
