We ended up here when aiming for a restaurant that had gone out of business (a somewhat recurring theme in Seville, we learned to make a plan A, B and C for food when we set out). We were very early for Seville, around 12:30pm, but had reservations at the Turkish Baths at 2, so wanted to eat before that. Nobody else was eating when we arrived, we had a quick look around the shop (nice looking deli with cheese, meat, wine spirits and gourmet items), and sat down outside. Friendly server came along and gave us menus that seemed to be in Spanish, English and Russian. We weren't starving so each ordered one larger item-- I got the cheese selection and my companion got the spaghetti bolognese with local ham. Both were good, felt a bit expensive for Seville (cheese plate was 13 euro for a dinner-plate of five cheeses). Very nice selection of wines and sherries by the glass, as you'd expect from a wine merchant. Plenty of veggie options, and I would definitely consider coming back here, particularly if I needed food at a time when fashionable places weren't open.

We stopped in to grab some meat and wine to bring back to our hotel. They have a nice selection of both, with reasonable prices. Worth visiting again on a future visit to Sevilla.

Wine tasting Great ambience and helpful staff. They have a solid selection of wines, some of which are not even available at stores like Lavinia. Also have a nice selection of cheese and ham. Might be slightly on the pricier side, but worth a visit. Other suggestions: Flor de Sal and Catabuche.

You cant get a more rustic and fresh place as Flores. The location is directly in the middle of old towne and within walking distance to many many things. I have tried some great tapas but this place beats the charts with their creativity and authenticity to Spanish style presentation of their tapas. Their selection of Wine and Cheese makes this place a one of a kind. You can try their cheeses before buying if you like.

We luckily discovered this little restaurant on the 1st day we arrived in Seville. Little did we know that it would become our favorite place for both breakfast and dinner/tapas. Everything we tried was of freshest quality, and made on the spot. Their wine selection was extensive, and very reasonable priced. Our favorite waiter was MoMo (Mohammad). We highly recommend this delightful establishment for anyone that is lucky enough to live in Seville, or anyone visiting there. We cannot wait to go back the next time we travel to Spain! Loved it!!

Amazing Tapas! Great service. The best iberico ballota ham. Quality of bread it's outstanding, it was served warm and freshly baked. The black bread with prawns it's a must! The cheese platter was great. We also the Iberian Curry Kebab and it was an unexpected surprise. The Fetuccini with Iberian bolognese was delicious, we recommended as a kids meal. They also have great wines and a delicious sangria. We loved this place, our kids loved it too!

Flores gourmet is by far the best food we've had on this trip to Spain, including Madrid, Granada and Seville. Inventive, flavorful, and fresh; everything we had was perfectly prepared. In fact it's Tapas the way it should be enjoyed. Couple this with reasonable prices, a great wine list, and Flores Gourmet is the best you'll find in this part of Seville. Also if you need someone fluent in English, French, Spanish and about 3 other languages, ask for MoMo to serve you.

It was so nice, we came back twice! Well, nice is not the word for it...quality delicious food is more accurate. The restaurant looks much more like a specialty goods store from the outside than a restaurant. There is a small outside seating area as well as some seating inside, but the majority of the space is occupied by rows of canned, jarred, and packaged goodies. Most notably, there are many legs of iberico ham hanging from the ceiling and at least one leg on the shaving apparatus at all time. The place is a bit pricier than the more touristy restaurants/bars around, but not by much. The quality more than compensates for the couple euros more in price. They do not have a set lunch menu, as is common at other places, so this may also make the food seem a bit pricier by comparison. We enjoyed their luscious salmorejo on both visits. Blended to a velvety texture, it was the best version of the Andalusian cold tomato soup we had at any meal. And yes, we had it at every meal in Sevilla. Flores' version was silky, with the perfect balance of oil, vinegar, tomato, and bread. Flores also adds an extra fine chop of iberico ham on top of the soup as well as a couple diced quail eggs, as is traditional to the dish. One must try the house iberico ham - it melts in your mouth in a velvety slice of salty umami. Because the ham is a Flores specialty (and you can buy everything you eat from their store), they incorporated it into many dishes. I had a tapa sized goose burger with a slice of the spanish ham on top. Deliciously gamey! Another memorable dish was their spaghetti bolognese with diced iberico in the sauce. Genius! The ham does a better job than bacon in incorporating salty umami flavor into the sauce. It adds depth even bacon cannot achieve. The wait staff is very nice, though perhaps not the most attentive. We waited a bit for our second glasses of wine, as the place got a bit busier at dinner. However, they try their best to accommodate tourists with a very limited knowledge of Spanish and do provide English as well as French menus.
