Excellent fried chicken in a city with few outstanding competitors. The Spicy Fried Chicken has got a pretty decent spicy kick to it but is definitely worth the bump in flavor. The slaw is excellent and accompanies the fried chicken perfectly.

Great food and speedy service. I had a deliciously tender French Dip sandwich with an amazingly fresh side salad. I topped it off with iced tea that was definitely homemade! I enjoyed my lunch on the patio while watching a delightful assortment of patrons and passersby.

I've been going here regularly for the past year, and will continue to go at least once a week when possible. Paul and his wife provide great and friendly service, make good food, and have better coffee than you know who down the street. When I forget my lunch, there are no worries here! Breakfast there is good too and super fast. I love supporting the Boathouse Deli and I hope to be their customer for a long time.

Paul and his wife are truly kind. Always greeting with a smile. I've worked in the area for three years now and every time I visit the boathouse deli, it's clean and the food is good. Great selection on drinks and prices are fair. It's nice to see a true family run business succeed in Seattle.

As you step your foot into the deli house, you are welcomed by the magnificent urban setting, a beautiful combination of stuff. All deli house staffs are so friendly and good! You should go and get your food with warm hearts🍑❣️

I stumbled on this place while searching for coffee. It's a little no frills deli, breakfast spot, and corner store. Sells things like sodas, scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, espresso, sandwiches, and more. The people working the register and tiny kitchen seemed nice and were very accommodating. Very quick service.
