Fyi, the store is currently closed overnight from midnight until 6 a.m weedays and 8a.m weekends during covid. Google wont update the hours for some reason.

We asked the guy if they had a restroom and he shrugged his hands, then started rubbing his stomach with gloves on and under his clothes. Terrible.

Was getting some condiments and was yelled at by the employees (who was otherwise doing okay) to stop taking them. I had taken 1 scoop of 2 items and anymore was unacceptable to the staff. If that’s the status quo then I’m a no go for 7-11 anymore

Bad attitude! Have been to this 711 several times, some workers are friendly and nice but others are just so rude and do not know how to properly communicate with others. They seem to not know what is the word friendly, they just say what they want in the way they want. Sometimes it takes them so long to check out even when there is rarely no one in the store, that didn't bother me too much. This time I really gotta give them a 0/5, their attitude was so bad. Makes me not wanna go to this store any more.

This is the place to go on Northgate Way for convenience if you want great service with a smile. Also, the only place to go that cares about the cleanliness of their store. Thanks guys!
