I have liked Cafe Ladro's coffee in general. And when I was meeting my mentor in this building I had no less expectations. I picked up a Banana bread and asked for heating i a polite way. But the barista guy just refused to do it. I could see the oven right there and seemed like it had been used recently. Without reason, I was declined this service.
Now maintaining a quality of food or beverage standard is not easy. But that's something I am not terribly bothered about. However, this terrible service is not very customer friendly.

Probably the best coffee I've had in the states. This place made a jet-lagged Australian in desperate need of a caffeine hit very happy and at home. Thank you ladro

I am very attached to the location on Pike, but the service and my drink were great. Tables were a bit messy, which may be due to the fact so many people come and go in the building. Still, kind of irritating
