NY PIZZA, IT IS!!!! Wow. Finally. Some actual NY pizza in Seattle. (Said a NYer) - thin crust but not unbearably thin. Good sauce that isn’t sweet or oddly spicy. Great dough that isn’t sweet either. Good ingredients but nothing fancy that ends up costing you $35/pie. Absolutely delish!!!

Oskar uses high quality ingredients like fresh cut pineapple, which elevates the pizza to something almost fancy. It’s not bougie pizza, though; it’s true east coast style thin crust pie. It’s hard to conceive of such a delicious pizza coming from a mobile truck but Oskar manages to give us the gift of hot, fresh heaven every week at Broadview Tap House.

The people were so friendly, and the pizza crust is thin and perfectly crispy. The special was garlic sauce, chicken, roasted garlic, and spinach- SO GOOD. Will definitely eat here again :)
