Pressed Juicery

Pressed is a chain of healthy juice stores. They use a lot of different ingredients to make many different mixes. They have a lot of locations in which you can order ahead of time or even have a membership which includes a choice of juices each month. It's a very healthy alternative and very easy to grab and go.

Adorable little store. I got the "Chocolate Freeze," with Almond butter topping. It was delicious! Obviously it's no full fat/full sugar artificial ice cream, but I thought it was good enough to want more and plan to go back! Very cute space, with an all white, subway tile style decor, and all menu's in type writer print. Very clean and appealing aesthetic. I also purchased 2 juices, and 1 day of the "Cleanse 1," (which has 6 juices), but I have yet to try it. Was referred by a friend that did the same cleanse and thought the juices were delicious. I recommend stopping by to try the Chocolate Freeze at least! Oh, they also have a delivery option and an order ahead and pick up option.

My wife is a big fan of this place with its vegan and gluten free offerings for her diagnosed allergies. I think it's ok. It does have good offerings and they have non-dairy "soft serve". Their juices are fine, but to me, way overpriced. I believe that they also truck in these juices from very far away, giving a high carbon footprint (and all the plastics, too). And because of those, I am not exactly a fan.

I really like how they will allow you to sample the juices before you buy them. The products all seem very healthy and nutritious. I bought a “greens 1” juice, which was a low calorie option; it was perfect because I am currently trying to drop additional body fat for the summer. The juice contains kale, spinach, romaine, parsley, cucumber, celery and lemon — it tastes great. I’ll definitely be returning to try the other items on the menu.
