The first time I've ever tried to buy a shamrock shake, they are out.. at 11 am, on st Patrick's day. I ask for a large fries, freshly made, pull up to the window with the bag ready. I ask if they were freshly made, which she replies yes. I pull away to find the fries warm and soggy. I literally got nothing I wanted. And of course they didn't include the receipt to provide feedback either.

I love the new chocolatey pretzel McFlurry! It says they are open until 3am, and it seems like they are because they serve people past midnight, but when I went shortly after midnight all of the menu signs were off. It's okay that they were, but it makes it seem closed and I didn't know what items they offered at this location because of it.

The least you can do as a supervisor is to understand the app the company you work for has given your customers. I did not have my debit card with me so I pressed the Pay with Linked Card button in the app and then when I offered that at the payment window, there was zero comprehension of what I was trying to do. The first few people not understanding didn't bother me and I tried my best to explain it without seeming pushy. But the supervisor? Come on... You should actually know what's going on. The supervisor told me multiple times that I still need to pay and then when I said "That's what I'm trying to do with the app" she stared at me blankly. If you are smart enough to learn the obnoxious language English as a Second Language and even have an intermediate level of understanding, then you sure as hell are smart enough to learn the app your company encourages customers to use.
